Mexican nationals, born in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, currently resides in the city of Cancun, Mexico

Carried out his professional studies at the Universidad Iberoamericana Mexico City Campus and at the École Professionnelle Suisse pour Hoteliers and Restaurateurs in Geneva, Suisse.y their professional practices in Frankfurt, Germany.

For over a decade served as the Executive Chef Foodservice Nestlé Company in Mexico D. F.,supporting the technical service and training to the restaurant and hotel industry throughout Mexico, from Tijuana to Cancun. Wrote articles in magazines with the largest circulation of this middle, and wrote three books with the signing Nestlé.. Worked as a Food Stylist in the production of photographs for advertising in the company. Developed the culinary profile of several products that came out at market and in training the sales force in terms of applications in their products in the Gastronomy.

Later he was adviser Culinary two leading companies in the food market as Unilever, where he was customer service and shared credit with Chef Rodolfo Rueda in developing Book for the Professional Chef.

At Mars was involved in the development of products for the European Gourmet Market Gourmet.

For several years, taught at the Universidad Iberoamericana Campus Santa Fe for the Diploma in Chef Training, Culinary School at the University of the Cloister of Sor Juana in the Bachelor of Food and Tourism and the University of Administrative Sciences and Tourisme in Graduate Hospitality.

As coordinator at Centro de Estudios Superiores de San Angel, participated along with the chef and Mr. Federico Bergerault Celeste Curiel in opening the first restaurant open to the public school in Mexico.

Participate in designing Curricula for Vocational Associate Degree in Food Service and several universities and schools of Gastronomy

Has undertaken several consultancies and openings in Hotels and Restaurants in Cancun, Chetumal, Mazatlan, Morelia, Poza Rica, Querétaro, Tapachula and Torreon. In planning and preparation of operational manuals for food and drinks for commissaries Restaurants, Industrial Canteens and maquiladoras in Mexicali and Querétaro.

Food Stylist prepared as the dishes and product applications of the most prestigious companies in the food industry and fast food, produced by large advertising photographers including Mr Steve Lynch honored in Europe, United States and Mexico and with whom Currently working on their productions.

Training courses for restaurant owners and hotel companies in the business planning and cost of food and beverages registered with the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, giving recognition to officially register with the Agent External Trainer No. REAN4606209R4-0005

Consultant certified by the Secretary of Tourism No. 196 for implementation of the distinctive "H"
