Company in Mexico D. F.,supporting the technical service
and training to the restaurant and hotel industry throughout
Mexico, from Tijuana to Cancun. Wrote articles in magazines with
the largest circulation of this middle, and wrote three books
with the signing Nestlé.. Worked as a Food Stylist in the
production of photographs for advertising in the company.
Developed the culinary profile of several products that came out
at market and in training the sales force in terms of
applications in their products in the Gastronomy.
Later

as Unilever, where he was customer service and
shared credit with Chef Rodolfo Rueda in developing Book for the

Culinary School at the University of the Cloister of Sor

Graduate Hospitality.

coordinator at Centro de Estudios Superiores de San Angel,
participated along with the chef and Mr. Federico Bergerault
Celeste Curiel in opening the first restaurant open to the
public school in Mexico.

in designing Curricula for Vocational Associate Degree in Food
Service and several universities and schools of Gastronomy

undertaken several consultancies and openings in Hotels and
Restaurants in Cancun, Chetumal, Mazatlan, Morelia, Poza Rica,
Querétaro, Tapachula and Torreon. In planning and preparation
of operational manuals for food and drinks for commissaries
Restaurants, Industrial Canteens and maquiladoras in Mexicali
and Querétaro.
