Beer Drinks Recipe

Michelada Recipe

A popular version of its origin was at the city of San Luis Potosi, specifically to Club Deportivo Potosina, there is the name partner Michel Esper, the custom order a beer with lemon, ice, salt and straw in a glass as if it were called chabelo a lemonade beer, eventually resulting in the name of the drink.
Since then the partners were asking for a lemonade as Michel "Michel". It was like in the'70s was that time was adding sauces to taste and you have changed the name to the original by "Chela," but in those years did not know anything more than in San Luis Potosi in their preparation in other states and the beaches were not aware that the drink was made.
The clearest version of the origin of the name that simply means "My Chela frost”.
A less glamorous version is this: In English or very cold is said "chilled", which is pronounced in pure "chile" or "cello", but contrary to the tradition that existed in Europe and Mexico traditional, in the United States began to consume beer is very icy, ice-cooled at first and then when this invention was widespread in the mid-twentieth century, the beer is changed to "chilled", while in most parts of the world beer was consumed at the time "while" (not hot, just at time). This is therefore a beer or beers "Chela" is a cold beer (chilled beer), salt and lemon ... which would give the Latin flavor. There is a more seasoned, he adds a mixture of hot sauces, Wortshire English sauce, soy, etc.., mixing everything together and be a Cehela Mix-Chilled beer, decided that the rules of the Castilian clear that this is mix of cello, as micheladas. Most likely this name come from northern Mexico, most likely from Monterrey, N.L. At present in many parts of Mexico make a clear distinction between a "beers" is a beer with ice, salt and lemon, on a "Michel" that in addition to the above was added to give various sauces a more dense feel and taste loaded. In some bars this mixture is called "oil" for its intense dark color, because it is mixed in containers ready to be emptied only on beer.
