Fernet
is a bitter drink made from many kinds of herbs, which are
macerated in grape alcohol, filtered and aged in white oak
barrels for a period can be 6 to 12 months. Its alcohol content
is 45% and has a dark color and an aroma.
Its origin dates back to the mid-nineteenth century, and there
are several versions about its true origin. Some argue that was
created in France, other versions suggest that it was in
Czechoslovakia, but most of us to Italy, more precisely in the
province of Lombardy. Some say it was created by a chemist
abroad, apparently Austrian surname Fernet. Others prefer to
