Method of Preparation:

  • Weigh well the ingredients

  • Dissolve the cornstarch in  water

  • In a Inox Conical Pan place the Pitted Dried Pruens cut in strips and sugar and orange Juice just to smooth. Not cook

  • Add cornstarch.

  • Let take a little thickness until the starch is well cooked it must be brightness

  • Rectify with orange extract

It can be pitted dried prunes

If you want to give it greater brightness add honey or corn glucose
