Method of Preparation:

  • Weigh well the ingredients

  • Cored and peeled apples must be reserved in water with lemon juice so they do not rust

  • Cut apples in halves

  • Slice the apples very thin

  • Drain apples

  • Place in a saucepan cone sliced apples with sugar

  • Put on fire to soften in its juice without caramelize

  • Add the melted butter on top and sprinkle cinnamon powder

  • Do not let it cooked

  • Dissolve the cornstarch in the water

  • Add to apples

  • Let take a light tickened and do not let raw cornstarch it must be transparent

  • Lets cool
