Method of Preparation:

  • Weigh well the ingredients

  • Dissolve the cornstarch in  water

  • In a Inox Conical Pan place the Strawberries and sugar to sweat the juice. Not cook

  • Add cornstarch.

  • Let take a little thickness until the starch is well cooked it must be brightness

  • Rectify with de orange extract and red colour

It can be fresh Strawberrues well washed & desinfected

If you want to give it greater brightness add honey or corn glucose
