Method of Preparation:

  • Heat the oil and fry the onion finely chopped until sweat.and crystallizes

  • Add finely chopped garlic, the finely chopped tomatoes, the raisins, almonds unskinned and fine chopped

  • Two tablespoons of broth  in which chipotle pepper was cooked.

  • Mix well.

  • Add the chicken threadded  very fine, 

  • Rectify cith salt and pepper.

  • Cook over low heat, stirring constantly for 10 minutes.

  • Reserves.
