Meat Stuffed Holland Ball Cheese Recipe

Method of Preparation:

  • Place a inox ring on dish of high temperature

  • Inside the ring to put a thin bed of Tomato Sauce

  • Place inside the ring on the tomato sauce the hot meat stuffing, pressing vell

  • Put over a bed of Tomato Sauce

  • And on top béchamel sauce

  • Remove the ring and put up a slice of cheese ball cut so that a wheel

  • Bake the cheese in gratin.

  • So that the cheese gratin on the leak and sauces.& is looking as cover with a hat
