Method of Preparation:

  • Cut along the chiles poblanos poached without disrupting stemmed as much as possible 

  • Fill with the mince meat with a spoon enough to allow close

  • Extend banana dough and cut a square to cover each chile leaving the seam below the chile

  • While frying to brown only caramelice banana, the dough is already cooked

  • Served with Pico de Gallo sauce over white rice aside
