Method of Preparation:

  • Weigh the ingredients very well.

  • Whisk egg whites lightly with sugar

  • Incorporate the sifted flour and add melted butter.

  • In case to be very strong add a bit of milk.

  • Mark with pencil circles 6 cm for the back of the silicone paper leaving separation between them.
