Method of Preparation:

  • Form the petit fours with the Press Markatos Cooking and baking, they should be golden

  • With a ribbed tip fill the center with the Sweet Holland Edamer Ball cheese fondue Recipe

  • Sprinkle over Holland Edamer Ball Cheese grated

  • Over draw with a mamila above the petits fours with the Dark chocolate demi hard icing

  • If you want also you can over draw with Apricot or Damascus Icing.
