Method of Preparation:

  • Weigh well the recipes

  • Prepare the wafer in the iron for Krumcake. Rolling timber with wood cone wafer even hot 

  • Fill with Sweet Fondue Cheese Ball 

  • Crossed dough cone with the Dark Chocolate Icing  Semi hard, warm inside a mamila

  • Garnish the dish with Strawberry Coulis and Raspberries also helping with  a mamila

  • Finish at top with a piece of  Chicharron Holland Cheese Ball

In areas with excessive moisture is recommended to keep the wafers in sealed jars before filling. Always fill and assemble immediately.
