Tapioca is a starch tasteless,, colorless, odorless and extracted from the root of the plant species Manihot esculenta. Method of Preparation:

  • Weigh well the ingredients

  • In a blender pour the water from cooking the tapioca, vanilla, sugar, coconut cream, condensed milk, evaporated milk and sugar-cane liquor. and blending perfectly

  • Place in the jar the cooked tapioca and ice.

  • Pour on the Milk mix
